Most of the projects are assembled in the studio. Minor irregularities are inherent to the process and a characteristic of it handcrafted nature. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges. If an item is lost or experiences extraordinary damage during shipping, your item will be replaced. If the item is no longer available a refund will be issued. 

Orders are often packed with recycled shipping materials or recycled studio scraps.
